Dave has 33 years of sales, marketing, and senior management experience having worked for several industry leading global companies. Today, Dave is founder, CEO and President of Turning Point Selling, Inc. and Have A Good Day! Dave is also founder and Chairman of Play 18-4 Blue, www.play18-4blue.com, a 501c3 corporation with a mission to raise awareness of prostate health and prostate cancer.

Dave's entrepreneurial career began In 1982 when he founded Atlanta Graphic Services, a full service marketing and communications production company. Employing 36 people and in operation for 8 years, the AGS account list included the likes of Delta Air Lines, Georgia Pacific, Bell South, Atlanta Magazine, The International Assoc. of Financial Planners and a host of Atlanta’s largest advertising agencies.

Dave’s sales training career began in 1995 as a SPIN® Selling certified instructor. In 2004, Dave founded Turning Point Selling, a sales effectiveness consulting firm. Since that time he has trained thousands of sales professionals and managers in sessions across the United States, Canada, Europe, India, China, Southeast Asia and Australia. Areas of expertise and training certification include sales process, sales skills development, business development, collaborative selling, account management excellence, effective coaching, change management, sales negotiating and effective sales management.

Dave is also an experienced practitioner of Lean Six-Sigma. In 2006 he completed his Six Sigma® Green Belt training at Motorola University in Schaumburg, and his Six Sigma Black Belt training at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009. Dave attended Rutgers University in Newark, NJ.
